At Banyan Finds, shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order, destination country or region, and the available shipping method at checkout.
We work with dedicated freight forwarding partners to help ship orders worldwide. Our logistics network can support delivery to 200+ countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and many other destinations.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, order quantity, and warehouse handling time.
Estimated Delivery Time
United States: approximately 5–9 business days after dispatch.
Other countries and regions: delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local delivery services, and shipping method selected.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, customs inspections, weather, remote areas, or carrier delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated by weight and destination. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.
For wholesale orders, custom orders, or bulk purchases, please contact us for a shipping quote. We may be able to offer better freight options depending on the order size and destination.

Tracking Information

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help check the shipping status with our logistics partner. While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
