Because many of our products are sourced internationally, shipped through cross-border logistics, or offered at affordable prices, we ask customers to review product details, sizes, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing an order.
General Return Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, personal preference, or items that are no longer wanted after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your case, please provide:

- Clear photos or videos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review the information and provide a solution based on the situation.
Refunds and Compensation
Refunds or compensation are not automatic. All refund or compensation requests must be reviewed and approved after an appeal or claim is submitted.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
